The weekly digest, and how to turn it off

Every Monday morning (8am, Sydney time), each connected organisation with a recipient configured gets a short summary email, even if nothing happened that week.

What it says

The week it covers, how many scans ran, and how many contacts are being monitored. If anything changed, it gives the count (how many alerts, how many involved a supplier, how many are still not yet reviewed), but it never repeats the detail of an individual change; if something changed, you already received that alert at the time. If nothing changed, it says so plainly: monitoring ran, nothing changed, no action needed.

Why it exists

If you don't hear from LedgerWatch for weeks, there's no way to tell whether that's because nothing changed or because something's stopped working. The digest is meant to be read in about five seconds, either way.

Turning it off

On the alert settings page for the organisation, there's a checkbox: "Send a weekly summary email (Monday mornings), even when nothing changed." It's on by default. Untick it and save to stop the weekly email. This has no effect on real-time alerts for actual changes, which keep sending either way.
