Producing a CSV for an auditor

Two separate exports are available for each organisation, from an Export button above the relevant table on the dashboard. They're kept separate deliberately. "What changed" and "were people told about it" are two different questions, and an auditor may only be asking one of them.

Change log export

One row per detected change: the contact's name, whether it's flagged as a supplier, which field changed, the old and new values, Xero's own timestamp for the change, when LedgerWatch detected it, and the current triage outcome, including who set it, when, and any note attached.

This file contains the actual bank account details, not masked values. This is the same information visible on the change log page itself. Treat it the same way you'd treat any file holding banking details, and don't send it anywhere you wouldn't send that.

Notification history export

One row per alert email sent: when, to which recipient, the outcome (sent, failed, or a reason nothing was sent), the subject line, and which changes it covered. It never includes the email body or a bank value, only enough to answer "was this person told, and when."

Where to find them

On an organisation's dashboard, the change log export is above the change log table. Notification history has its own page, reachable from the dashboard, with its own export button above that table.
